A Clear Path to a Beautifully Finished Home

Renovations don’t have to feel chaotic. We guide you step by step — from first conversation to final install — so you can enjoy the transformation.

As a husband-and-wife design and build team, we understand what it means to live through a renovation. Our process is structured, thoughtful, and transparent — so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

01 —Free Discovery Call

During this free call, you’ll have our undivided attention. We can’t wait to talk about your project!

02 —Your Consultation $800

You’ll guide us through your space, sharing the challenges and possibilities that matter most to you. With our Interior Designer and General Contractor present, we’ll collaborate on bringing your ideas to life. Next we move into the Design Phase. Designs typically begin at $3,000 per room.

03 —Design Phase with Presentation

This is where the magic happens, all projects begin with designs. You’ll experience the excitement of seeing your design come together with 3-D renders, mood boards, and curated samples, all tailored to your style. During your Design Presentation we’ll also provide you with your Project Estimate. From here we move to the Construction Phase.

04 —Construction Phase

Your project begins and your vision begins to come to life! We work closely with trusted trades and oversee the details to ensure everything goes according to plan. Our goal is to make this phase feel organized, and as stress free as possible.

05 —Project Completion

With your project complete, you can take pride in the transformation! We’ll provide a Project Summary, including warranties and care instructions for your peace of mind. Plus, we’ll check in six months later to ensure everything is perfect in your home.
